First outside run since 12th December! 5k in the snow. Hard work to run at any pace. The compact snow isn't too bad but the fresh stuff is like running through sand. Exhilarating though. Luca struggled towards the end, and was even lagging behind - a first. The old dog is showing his age! 39:57 for 5.12k @ 102bpm avg.
